Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI, possession of schedule VI, and possession of an open container in a passenger area. (See arrest of Moody)
- Eddie Dixon reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no operator's license. (See arrest of Hollars)
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and fictitious tag. (See arrest of Metcalf)
- Danielle Carson reported an incident of larceny.
- Kelly Wilcox reported an incident of damage to property.
Arrests
- Katrina Michelle Moody, age 33, of Cornwell St. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, possession of schedule VI, possession of an open container in a passenger area and was cited for a stop sign violation and exceeding the safe speed. She received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
- Timothy Lee Hollars, age 16, of N. Cleghorn St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no operator's license. He received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
- Jason Brian Metcalf, age 31, of Collett St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for two counts of resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and two counts of driving while license revoked. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
