Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing and littering.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Kimberly Wilson reported an incident of elder abuse.
• Zepher Hudson reported an incident of larceny and safecracking.

Arrests

• Charles Clifton Mann, age 28, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespassing. No bond.
• Randy Leon Derexson, age 55, of Conner St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and littering. He received a $100 secured bond.
• Ricky Edward Tesseneer, age 35, of Missouri St. in Spindale, was arrested for larceny and first degree trespassing. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
