Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of two counts of identity theft, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.
• An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of attempt to obtain property by false pretenses and identity theft.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of interfering with a utility meter.
• Chris Jackson reported an incident of larceny and breaking and entering.

Arrests

• Brian Al Harris, age 48, of Seaboard Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Dionna Shaneice Tate, age 27, of E. Homestead Lane in Morganton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Kelia Ann Dickey, age 32, of Bills Creek Rd. in Lake Lure, was arrested for identity theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen vehicle and larceny. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Lindsey Michelle Greene, age 26, of Old Hollis Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for identity theft, possession of a controlled substance on jail premises and also served with a warrant for probation violation. She received a $25,000 secured bond.
