Incidents

• Crystal Lattimore reported an incident of larceny.
• Stacey Shade reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of B&D Thrift and Loan reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and neglect.

Arrests

• Justin Carl Rippy, age 32, of Gaffney, SC, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher Lazar Ryle, age 56, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for two counts of violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
