  • An employee of McDonald's reported an incident of found property.
  • An employee of Adult Protection Services reported an incident of exploitation of a disabled elderly adult.
  • James McMurry reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An employee of Iglesia Restauración reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests
  • Brandon Nicholas Sprouse, age 21, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $200 secured bond.
  • John Cody Sanfilippo, age 25, of Westbrook Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Tiffany Jean Ferguson, age 30, of Florida Ave. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $12,000 secured bond.
  • Cindy Hill Stacy, age 57, of Knollwood Dr. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
