• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.
• Margaret Brooks reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests

• Michael Delane Ray, age 30, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $250 secured bond.
• Jeremy Ryan Padgett, age 31, of Phillips St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
