Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of suspicious activity.

Arrests

• Rayvon Shariff Ponder, age 21, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for resisting arrest and also charged with possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
