  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • Tabitha Crawford reported an incident of violation of a valid domestic violence protective order and possession of schedule VI.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • WD Kennedy reported an incident of damage to property, breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
Arrests
  • Joseph John Hettrick, age 31, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Sarah Elizabeth Odell, age 25, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Raymond William Odell, age 42, of Pine Knoll Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Julie Elizabeth Biggerstaff, age 29, of Deen Avenue in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Ricky Thomas Jackson, Jr., age 33, of Bradley Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for violation of a valid domestic violence protective order and possession of schedule VI. He received a 48 hour hold.
