• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Malisha Monicalasha Norris, age 21, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
