Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Thomas Krieger reported an incident of credit card fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny from a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Arrests

• Colleen Odell Couch, age 47, of Pine Knoll Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Marcellus Rodriguez Murray, age 17, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering with larceny from a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. He received an $11,000 secured bond.
