Incidents
  • An employee of Forest City Housing Authority reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and second degree trespassing.
  • Carol McHenry reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, maintain a vehicle for drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI.
  • An employee of OneSource Rehab reported an incident of breaking and entering.

Arrests
  • Jahad Jermaine Burris, age 19, of Florence St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Darren Keith Arrowood, age 52, of Eastside Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • William Leon Boykins, Jr., age 32, of Gypsy St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and hit and run. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Austin Tommy Mullinax, age 24, of Jackson St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
