Arrests
  • Sidney Ferreira, age 49, of E. Church St. in Bostic, was cited for possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Dustin Scott Sisk, age 23, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Kain Brooks, age 30, of Gastonia, was cited for larceny of motor fuel and driving while license revoked. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Edwin Snachez Barrera, age 35, of Oakland Rd. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Randall Lewis Rollins, age 49, of Utah St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Roy Durgan Splawn, age 77, of Bostic Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Brandon Marquis Hamilton, age 32, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
  • Amy Elizabeth Gettys, age 24, of Shelby, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and larceny. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Larence Arthur Meadows, age 37, of Pearidge Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Franklin Kyle Bailey, age 25, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and attempted larceny. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Richard Edward Skates, age 27, of New Line Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Charles Sam Harrison, age 26, of 2nd Street in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct, misuse of 911 and resisting arrest. He received a custody release.
