Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of child neglect.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Guffey)
- Jalyn Watkins reported an incident of tampering with a motor vehicle. (See arrest of Carswell)
- An employee of Sally Beauty Supply reported an incident of found property.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI and driving while license revoked. (See arrest of Harrill)
- Tina Dale reported an incident of larceny and breaking and entering.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of receiving a counterfeit bill and obtaining property by false pretenses.
Arrests
- Ida Nicole Guffey, age 33, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
- Randall Kevin Carswell, age 43, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Michael Gregory Harrill, age 59, of Knollwood Drive in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and driving while license revoked. No bond.
