Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, fictitious registration number plate and failure to register vehicle.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting a public officer.
- Steven Chester reported an incident of larceny.
- Alexis Hamrick reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon.

Arrests
- Randy Peter Tavernia, Jr., age 41, of Petite Ct. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
- Kasey Ann Fowler, age 33, of Gun Club Rd. in Bostic, was cited for possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
- Bruce Dale Bradley, age 46, of Casey Lane in Bostic, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, fictitious registration number plate and failure to register vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
- Stanley Ryan Weeks, age 19, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
- Blake Mason Ivey, age 18, of Old Ballpark Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a custody release.
- Christine Hebenstreit Hagan, age 64, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting a public officer. She received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
- Booker Lee Williams, age 45, of Groves Rd. in Union Mills, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
