Incidents

  • Chatiqua Gonzales reported an incident of breaking and entering and simple assault.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and larceny.
  • An employee of Murphy USA reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of counterfeiting/uttering.
  • An employee of Shoe Show reported an incident of larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Anthony Darnell Gary, age 52, of Westhaven St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for resisting a public officer, non-support of a child and simple assault. He received a $6,500 secured bond.
  • Victoria Marie Sprouse, age 22, of Hill St. Ext. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Caleb Suhy, age 25, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Samantha Ann Middlebrook, age 24, of California St. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Brian Keith Hicks, age 25, of Tom Camp Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
