Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of damage to personal property and an undisciplined juvenile.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
• Scott McCall reported an incident of larceny.
• LaShawna Cannady reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Prema Jyoti Benson, age 37, of Davis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Emily Kay Jenkins, age 23, of Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Amber Marie Barnes, age 24, of Utah St. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
