Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

 

Arrests

  • John Edward Weiler, age 31, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired.
  • William Lee Cash, age 42, of Ledbetter Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Pamela Odell Thompson, age 39, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for three counts of non-support of a child. She received a $1,250 secured bond.
