Arrests
  • Charles James Copeland, Sr., age 48, of Mt. Pleasant Church Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Zachary Joseph Waters, age 16, of Ferry Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of schedule VI controlled substance. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jon Michael Rabik, age 34, of Pressley Creek Dr. in Cullowhee, NC, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Robert Anthony Tate, Jr., age 26, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Tremain Marquis Phillips, age 34, of Mills Ave. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Debra Thomas Hernandez, age 58, of LaVista Circle in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. She received a $15,325 secured bond.
  • Christopher George Mullinax, age 38, of LaVista Circle in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Tyler Burgess, age 28, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for identity fraud, obtain property by false pretense and probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Rayshawn Adam Gibson, age 19, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Eugene Lewis Albert Hardy, III, age 18, of Young St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Christian Matthew Garrett, age 17, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
