Arrests

• Kristie Penland Hughes, age 45, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny and possession of schedule II. She received a written promise to appear.
• Sarah Ruth Epley, age 27, of Harrill Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Christopher Jamal Joiner, age 32, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher George Whiteside, age 24, of Pine St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received an $80,000 secured bond.
• Jessica Janine Maness, age 24, of Millview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
