Arrests
  • Renee Kimbrough, age 66, of Gypsy St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Melissa Mae Greene, age 45, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joseph James Dempsey, age 45, of Maple Creek Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Tenshia Hill Sheppard, age 42, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • David Lee Hart, age 55, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
