Incidents

• Orica Hamilton reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of flee to elude arrest.
• Kay Logan reported an incident of a runaway adult.
• An employee of Kimbrell's reported an incident of damage to property.
• Chelsea Matthews reported an incident of assault on a female.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule VI.

Arrests

• David Leon Hollifield, age 46, of Crowe Dairy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for larceny and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Jerald Shane Martin, age 44, of Hildebrand Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Jason Alan Gettys, age 36, of E. Main St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Katie Ann Porter, age 32, of West Main Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Chrisitan Scott Snyder, age 22, of Pennsylvania, was arrested for flee to elude arrest. He received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
• Wendy Patricia Jamison, age 40, of Ferry Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher Scott Jones, age 27, of Walls Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule VI. He received a $28,500 secured bond.
