  • Rogelio Vazquez, age 23, of Hooper Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Michael Daniel Dedmon, age 53, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
