Incidents

  • Andrea Pinion reported an incident of assault and damage to property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of breaking and entering.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service.

 

Arrests

  • Brandon Scott Powell, age 37, was arrested on a warrant for child abuse and assault on a female. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • William Mitchell Harrill, age 30, of S. Main St. in Bostic, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $5.000 secured bond.
  • Shannon Odell Bradley, age 31, of Carla Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment.
  • Derek Lee Gene Jones, age 24, of Marshall St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
