  • Howard Edward Guy III, age 55, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Courtney Deanna Conner, age 29, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Krystal Ann Weimer, age 29, of Spicewood Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an open container in a motor vehicle. She received a $500 unsecured bond
