Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of an ABC violation.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Brian Self reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.

Arrests

• Daveion Markez Flack, age 26, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Earnest Troy Kelly Jr., age 44, of Joyful Dr. in Ellenboro, was arrested for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
