Incidents
  • Susie Swink reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, driving while impaired and reckless driving.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Patricia Surratt reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and damage to property.

Arrests
  • Wesley Franklin Holycross, age 24, of Airy Lane in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Gregg Steven Surratt, age 54, of Sterling Oaks in Spindale, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, driving while impaired. He received a $2,500 unsecured bond.
