  • Kenneth Eugene Fowler, age 39, of Wilson Rd. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Samuel Dayshaun Boyce, age 30, of Shuping Drive in Forest City, was arrested for conversion by bailee, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, flee to elude with a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $30,200 secured bond.
  • Justin Carl Rippy, age 31, of Chevy Lane in Ellenboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Michael Don Bolden, age 52, of Georgia St. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
