Arrests
  • Anthony Melvin Edgerton, age 59, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
  • Yvonne Michelle Hatley Ledford, age 38, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for harassing phone calls. No bond.
  • Julie Nicole Moore, age 32, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • William Troy West, age 25, of East Mountain St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with an electronic monitoring device. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
