  • Justin Keith Lowery, age 32, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment, assault with a deadly weapon and driving while license revoked. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Matthew Brent Pye, age 34, of Holland St. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 unsecured bond.
  • Tyler James Adkins, age 25, of Forest City, was arrested for damage to property. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Johnny Edward Moody Jr., age 41, of Twelve Oaks Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Donald Lee Searcy, age 33, of Maple St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for habitual felon. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Adam Bret Hancock, age 31, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Charles Andrew Bridges, age 23, of Summey St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Deon Cash, age 40, of Allen St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Jose Daniel Hernandez Rodriguez, age 20, of Mountainview St. in Forest City, was arrested for no operator's license, no insurance and failure to register vehicle. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Stephanie Roxanne Toney, age 26, of US Hwy 74 Business in Ellenboro, was cited for forgery and no insurance. She received a written promise to appear.
