• Jimmy Spurlock reported an incident of damage to property.
• Nikkara Thompson reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An employee of Waffle House reported an incident of defrauding the inn keeper.

Arrests

• Tammy Renee Price, age 57, of Thompson St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for injury to personal property. No bond.
• Jeffery Allen Morrow, age 24, of Long St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for defrauding the inn keeper. He received a written promise to appear.
