Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jennifer Toney reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An employee of Murphy USA reported an incident of larceny by employee.

Arrests

• Jessica Lynn Gosnick, age 39, of New Prospect Church Rd. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Daniel Christopher Dotson, age 40, of College Ave. in Shelby, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Franklin Joshua Abernathy, age 29, of Hwy 9S in Mill Spring, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
