Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule II and possession of schedule IV.
• An employee of Lowe's reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Lowe's reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of heroin.
• Rickie Goode reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An employee of B&D Pawn reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An employee of Butler's Pawn Shop reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

Arrests

• Ricketta Ann Twitty, age 28, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Gregory Nathan Via, age 39, of Virginia, was arrested for possession of heroin. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• John Charles Gosney, age 28, of Commercial Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering with larceny. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Aaron Bailey Dobbins, age 24, of Gilboa Church Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $7,000 secured bond.
