Incidents
  • Sandra Rhodes reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen goods and driving while license revoked.
  • An employee of Belk's reported an incident of larceny and aid and abet larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, resisting arrest and failure to appear.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of fraudulent identification.

Arrests
  • Michael Ray Moore, age 37, of Corbin Dairy Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of stolen goods driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Matthew Thomas Cooley, age 31, of Whistler Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Tori Lynn Hines, age 41, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Sherry Lomise Jackson, age 46, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for aid and abet larceny and possession of stolen goods. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Andrea Dawn Givens, age 38, of Highview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Michael Steven Bowen, age 42, of Ledford Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for shoplifting. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Lamontre Deshawn Taylor, age 22, of Trailwood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Ricky Joe Lebrun, age 61, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, resisting arrest and failure to appear. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Jose Guadalupe Rojas, age 31, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license revoked and also charged with possession of fraudulent identification. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
