Incidents

• Charlene Dewberry reported an incident of found property.
• Roger Mayse reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and possession of marijuana.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
• Ulysess Miller reported an incident of a lost or stolen cell phone.

Arrests

• Anthony Koshun Hughes, age 41, of Oscar Justice Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny and possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Steven Nikita Sprouse, age 29, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• James William Shelton, age 31, of Settlemyer St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
