Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and resisting arrest.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and failure to yield the right of way.
  • An employee of Baymont Inn & Suites reported an incident of breaking and entering and obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Tahayran Shieen Gray, age 21, of Brewer Hollow in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and resisting arrest. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Connie Frances Jackson, age 57, of Bob Rollins Rd. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired and failure to yield the right of way. She received a written promise to appear.
