Arrests
- Cassandra Renee Hannon, age 44, of Bridges Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $3,200 secured bond.
- Amber Starr Nunez, age 31, of NC Hwy 108 in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
- Bobby Dewayne Gregory, age 23, of Brock Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and consuming alcohol on a public street. He received an $11,000 secured bond.
- George Lane, age 89, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespassing. No bond.
- Jonathon Aaron Byers, age 24, of Newton Cole Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Christopher Wayne Yelton, age 43, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a custody release.
- Tomika Donyell Littlejohn, age 40, of San Saba St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
- John Patrick Price, age 29, of Jones St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a written promise to appear.
- Justin Keith Robbins, age 36, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
