Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of failure to heed lights and sirens, reckless driving to endanger, no operator's license and service of a criminal summons.
- Terrell Murray reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of a counterfeit bill.
Arrests
- Shannon Edward Thomas, age 37, of E. Main St. in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for larceny of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property, injury to real property, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of injury to real property and three counts of breaking and entering. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
- Stephon Dominick Laborn, age 22, of Clay St. in Forest City, was arrested for failure to heed lights and sirens, reckless driving to endanger and no operator's license. He received a $500 secured bond.
- John Steven Smeal, age 33, of Chesnee, SC, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
- Brittany Michelle Richardson, age 25, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
