Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of utilities.

Arrests

• Darlena Wright Dupree, age 59, of Golden Oaks Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested for uttering a forged instrument and driving while license revoked. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Shawn Hicks Beaver, age 34, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
