Public Notice: Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Florence Mill Redevelopment
The Town of Forest City is seeking highly qualified real estate development firms with
successful experience rehabilitating historic mills and collaborating with public entities to
submit their qualifications for rehabilitating the historic Florence Mill in Forest City, North
Carolina. This project represents a significant opportunity to rehabilitate and repurpose
a key piece of our town's heritage.
RFQ Period:
Start Date: July 8, 2024
RFQ Reissued and Original Addendum Date: August 2, 2024.
End Date: September 6, 2024, 6:00 PM EST
How to Submit: All submissions must be received by 6:00 PM EST on September 6,
2024. Submissions must be made in accordance with the RFQ and submitted
