Incidents
  • Endiah Forney reported an incident of fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI, identity fraud, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, open container in the passenger area, and stop sign violation. Arrests
  • Kimberly Michelle Martin, age 32, of Groce St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for violation of unsupervised probation. No bond.
  • Bethanne Zechman, age 39, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for probation violation. No bond.
  • Casey Brandon Upton, age 36, of King Step Rd. in Mill Springs, was arrested on a warrant for larceny of a motor vehicle. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy David Walker, age 46, of Knollwood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, identity fraud, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, open container in the passenger area, and stop sign violation. He received a $31,000 secured bond.
  • Angela Michelle Bailey, age 39, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for cyberstalking. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Trevelle Daniel Lee Shade, age 20, of Gail Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He received a $6,500 secured bond.
  • Bryan Keith Jackson, age 25, of Valley St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
