Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of consuming alcohol on a sidewalk.
  • Tracy Slye reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of damage to property.
  • Donald Wilkins reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying concealed weapons, possession of schedule IV and probation violation.
  • Roy Wright Jr. reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of a firearm.

Arrests
  • Charles Brandon Riley, age 24, of Jerry Rd. in Forest City, was cited for consuming alcohol on a sidewalk. He received a written promise to appear.
  • John Lee Hollis, age 38, of Welchel Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying concealed weapons, possession of schedule IV and served with a fugitive warrant for probation violation. He received a $300,000 secured bond.
  • Tracey Denise Gillespie, age 38, of Chartres Dr. in Gastonia, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule IV. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
