Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon, damage to buildings, damage to personal property, resisting arrest, driving while impaired, reckless driving, and hit and run.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV.
• William Boykins reported an incident of obtaining money by false pretenses.

Arrests

• Heidi Elizabeth Lynch, age 35, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, damage to buildings, damage to personal property, resisting arrest, driving while impaired, reckless driving, and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $13,000 secured bond.
• Lori Jones Queen, age 54, of Railroad Circle in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of schedule IV. She received a written promise to appear.
• Terrence Jamar Nash, age 33, of SC, was cited for driving while license revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign. He received a written promise to appear.
• Casey Marie Catoe, age 25, of N. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
