  • Ricky Alan Bristol, age 58, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jennifer Ann Bain, age 23, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was cited for public consumption. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Zachery Jordan Kuhl, age 22, of Ohio St. in Spindale, was cited for public consumption. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Summer Jean Harris, age 32, of Old Hollis Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Whitney Taylor McSwain, age 28, of Tulip Trail in Bostic, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, larceny from a merchant, shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy Lamont Surratt, age 35, of Clyde St. in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for communicating threats and assault on a female. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Franklin Kyle Bailey, age 25, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $30,500 secured bond.
  • Cody Ryan Rollins, age 21, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Todd Adrian Mapp, age 46, of Peach Tree St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Christie Lee Honeycutt, age 29, of Dixie Mountain Dr. in Lake Lure, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, identity fraud and resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest and also served with two warrants for failure to appear. She received a $29,000 secured bond.
  • Donald Ray Bailey, age 26, of Pleasant Hill Loop Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Donna Renee Woodard, age 42, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was cited for shoplifting by concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
