Incidents
  • Serena Hunt reported an incident of lost property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV, possession w/intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of schedule II.
  • Christopher Pauley reported an incident of fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon and assault by pointing a gun.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and trespassing.

Arrests
  • Summer Jean Harris, age 31, of Old Hollis Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV, possession w/intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of schedule II. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Sammy Joe Elliott, age 27, of Whitesides Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Cassondra Lee Warren, age 23, of Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Dylan Scott Lowery, age 23, of Ellenboro Henrietta Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for possession of a firearm by a felon and assault by pointing a gun. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Julius Hamilton, age 39, of Dover Rd. in Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
