Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked, stop sign violation and fictitious tag.
• James Clement reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny and credit card fraud.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of power.
• Dijiona Hunt reported an incident of lost or stolen property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests

• William Dennis Toney, age 57, of Melody Lane in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked, stop sign violation and fictitious tag. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Nicholas Clay Garrett, age 38, of Garrett Way in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for felony larceny. He received a $10,500 secured bond.
• Angela Christina Yelton, age 49, of Garrett Way in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Katrina Ann Mayhew, age 45, of Jacobs Lane in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
