Incidents
  • An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of damage to land, fictitious tag, no operator's license, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and flee to elude arrest.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Donta Laney reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

Arrests
  • Timothy Wynne Kincaid, age 51, of Dogwood Lane in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, driving while license revoked and expired tag. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Ricketta Ann Twitty, age 28, of Stonecutter St. in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for felony larceny, felony conspiracy and habitual larceny. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Randall Eugene Patrick, age 39, of Kingswood Dr. in Forest City, was damage to land, fictitious tag, no operator's license, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and flee to elude arrest. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Demetrius Ian Smith, age 33, of Lincolnton, NC, was cited for possession of marijuana and expired tag. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Stephen Edward Hamrick, age61, of Oak Grove Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Gabriella Mari Watts Verela, age 25, of McDaniel St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Deandra Lattimore Cunningham, age 34, of McDaniel St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
