Arrests
  • Thomas Jason Ruppe, age 35, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for manufacturing marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Brianna Marie Day, age 19, of Franklin Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Demitri Lamar Williams, age 17, of Dillashaw Dr., in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $45,000 secured bond.
  • Mykel Trey Bracken, age 17, of Shakespeare Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Joel Velasquez, age 17, of Millview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jason Ramey Harris, age 35, of McBrayer Ct. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and driving while license revoked. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
