Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of the Forest City ABC Store reported an incident of forgery of securities.
• Shania Anderson reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An employee of Outback Auto Repair reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
• An employee of Oakland Auto Sales reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny of a motor vehicle, and larceny of motor vehicle parts or accessories.

Arrests

• Travis Eugene Shuping, age 34, of N. Main St. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher Allen Hoyle, age 25, of Franklin Dr. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for violation of unsupervised probation. No bond.
