Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, impersonating an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Dixie Odell reported an incident of larceny.
• Rhonda Price reported an incident of credit card fraud.

Arrests

• Rhonda Leigh Moore, age 43, of Toney Rd. in Lawndale, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, impersonating an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
• David Robert Andrew Kinney, age 17, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for affray. He received a custody release.
• Shane Preston Cooper, age 37, of Maryland St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $6,000 secured bond.
• William Mitchell Harrill, age 27, of S. Main St. in Bostic, was arrested on warrants for impersonating an officer. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Nathan Glenn Logan, age 53, of Gladis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault. He received a written promise to appear.
