- An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of driving while impaired, attempted second degree rape, assault by strangulation, breaking and entering, driving while license revoked, communicating threats and second degree kidnapping.
- Cristina Galvin-Flores reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
- Dewey Hardin reported an incident of found property.
Arrests
- William David Smith, age 32, of Elizabeth Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
- Michael Allen Parton, age 36, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, attempted second degree rape, assault by strangulation, breaking and entering, driving while license revoked, communicating threats and second degree kidnapping. He received a $161,000 secured bond.
- Jordan Matthew Fincannon, age 30, of Church St. in Spindale, was arrested for larceny and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
